PPF banka a.s. (CZ): representation of PPF bank a.s. before Czech courts in proceedings concerning an action for unfair competition against Československá obchodní banka a.s., the subject-matter of which was the reimbursement of a benefit acquired under the specific conditions of the takeover of Investiční a Poštovní banka, a.s. by Československá obchodní banka a.s. and the related received public support of billions of euro (value of approximately €3 billion).
