- Law degree
- In-depth knowledge of local GAAP and tax system

We require:
- Education: Law faculty, reputable Russian university
- At least 3 years experience as a lawyer in a consulting law firm
- Quite polyvalent (the candidate may be assigned with tasks especially in civil law, corporate, labour, competition, public tenders, banking & finance).
- Experience with litigation and/or arbitration preferable
- Flexible, able to work independently (but also in team with other Russian lawyers or lawyers from other PP offices)
- Fluent written and spoken legal English (knowledge of French being an advantage).
Work responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents (agreements, lawsuits, memoranda, analysis, due diligence reports, legal opinions)
- Analyzing legal documents (in particular contractual documentation, court procedure documentation),
- Representation of clients in courts and/or public authorities,
- Direct or distance cooperation with other Russian or foreign lawyers, responsibility for preparation of final outcome to be presented to the client.
