Background:
Before joining PETERKA & PARTNERS in 2008 David Šimek gained his professional experience during his internship in the Prague branch office of the WOLF THEISS law firm and as an articled clerk in Arzinger & Partners.

He served as General Director of PETERKA & PARTNERS’ office in Moscow between December 2009 and February 2013. In 2010 he was appointed partner.

In his practice David Šimek specialises in legal consulting services to clients in the Russian and Ukrainian markets as well as representing Russian companies in the Czech Republic.
