Background:
Before joining PETERKA & PARTNERS in 2008 David Šimek gained his professional experience during his internship in the Prague branch office of the WOLF THEISS law firm and as an articled clerk in Arzinger & Partners.

He has been managing PETERKA & PARTNERS’ office in Moscow since December 2009. In 2010 he was appointed partner.

In his practice David Šimek specialises in legal consulting services to clients in the Russian and Ukrainian markets as well as representing Russian companies in the Czech Republic.
