Aéroports de Paris (SK): legal advisory services to Aéroports de Paris, an important French airport provider, in the restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings of SkyEurope Airlines in Slovakia. The assistance involved legal issues related to the seizure by Aéroports de Paris of an aircraft operated by SkyEurope Airlines as collateral because of unpaid debts, and related disputes.
FC Viktoria Plzeň, a.s. (CZ): legal consulting to the Czech leading football club FC Viktoria Plzeň, a.s. in insolvency proceedings (successful defence in illegitimate insolvency proceedings).
Skanska (CZ): advising and representing Skanska CZ a.s. (a company from Skanska group which is the fourth largest development and construction group in the world) as a creditor in the amount of CZK 480 million, of the French company Orco Property Group S.A. in the "safeguard proceedings" initiated by Orco Property Group S.A. before French courts. Orco is one of the largest developers and asset managers in the Central European real estate market and its restructuring and the "safeguard proceedings" have an important impact on the real estate market in the Czech Republic.

Central Europe Group (SK): comprehensive legal services provided to Central Europe Group (CEG), a Dutch project and investment company, concerning the restructuring and debt financing of Vienna Gate, a major residential and commercial real estate project in Bratislava that is undergoing the restructuring proceedings.

This deal shows our ability to provide cross-border insolvency related services between the Czech Republic and Poland (where the creditor has its registered office). Value approximately €700,000.
Key Plastics Slovakia (SK): legal advisory services to the French liquidator of Key Plastics Slovakia, a former important producer of plastic parts for the automotive industry, in the secondary bankruptcy proceedings in Slovakia involving European Insolvency Regulation aspects. The legal assistance included various insolvency cross-border issues and was focused not only to Slovak bankruptcy law issues, but namely to the application of the European insolvency rules.
Sanef (SK): advisory services to SanToll, the Slovak subsidiary of Sanef, on issues regarding the syndicated bank facility granted for SkyToll for the construction and implementation of the road toll system in Slovakia, and regarding the collateral provided by SanToll as SkyToll’s shareholder, in particular regarding the potential bankruptcy law impacts on collateral structure.
Bella Dress A.D. (BG): legal advice to Bella Dress AD, a textile company, as a creditor in cross-border insolvency on the application of its claim against a Czech debtor in the Czech Republic. Value approximately €87,000.

Time Technoplast Limited (CZ): legal advice to Kompozit-Praha s.r.o., a Plzen based manufacturer of gas cylinders and a member of Time Technoplast Limited, in an insolvency matter (a successful defence against unjustified insolvency proceedings). This deal shows our ability to provide cross-border services between the Czech Republic and India.
Spentex Industries (CZ): legal assistance to companies from the Spentex Industries Ltd. group, an Indian textile company and the leading world producer of textiles, with a creditor’s claim in insolvency proceedings against its Czech debtor (value approximately CZK 605 million).
