ING Bank N.V. (SK): advising ING Bank N.V. on securing a loan and establishing a mortgage over a Slovak based company's property.

Senoble (SK): representing of the Slovak subsidiary of the French Senoble Group in litigations in connection with an acquisition of a real estate against its former owner.

Astra Zeneca (SK): legal advisory services to Astra Zeneca, one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, on miscellaneous labour law issues.

Descours & Cabaud (SK): comprehensive advisory services to Descours & Cabaud, an international group engaged in industrial supplies regarding the merger of its Slovak subsidiaries TECHNACO, s.r.o. and SLS s.r.o. including related employment issues.

Samlerhuset Group BV (CZ, SK): comprehensive legal services to Samlerhuset, an international on-line trader, in the process of setting up its subsidiary in Slovakia and various matters related to starting its business of online and distance sale of precious coins and medals.

TODENKO - Tokyo Densen Kogyo Kabashikikaisha (SK): comprehensive advisory services to the Japanese manufacturer of automotive spare parts upon the closure of its production activities in Slovakia

WESTAFLEX Automotive Groupe (SK): advisory services to the producer of plastic parts for the automotive industry in connection with the acquisition of industrial premises in East Slovakia

Swiss Re (SK): comprehensive legal services provided to Swiss Re on setting up and operating its services subsidiary in Slovakia

Ján Makara been co-operating with PETERKA & PARTNERS since 2004.
