Background:
Before joining PETERKA & PARTNERS in 2011, Konstantin worked as Deputy Head of Legal in Volga-Dnepr Group, a globally recognised oversize cargo airline, and in other commercial companies. He has also worked as a government official in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and has the diplomatic rank of third secretary.
