Stolichen Elektrotransport EAD (BG): representing Stolichen Elektrotransport EAD, Sofia’s public transport company, in arbitration proceedings before ICC. The value of the dispute is approximately €11 million.

Olredo (CZ): representing a company from the Austrian group Olredo in several arbitrations related to the development of real estate projects in Prague (the value of the disputes is approx. €10 million) and in litigation with a construction company relating to remuneration for work done, construction and renovation of a commercial centre (the value of the dispute is approx. €1 million).

Czech Value Fund (CZ): assisting the successor of Czech Value Fund and affiliated companies in large scale litigation which protected their investments in Trend, a Czech investment fund, and Kotva, a Czech company owning a famous department store in Prague city centre (the value of the dispute was several hundred million Czech crowns).

FC Viktoria Plzeň, a.s. (CZ): representing the Czech leading football club FC Viktoria Plzeň, a.s., in court proceedings and before the arbitration commission of the Football Association of the Czech Republic

Renault (CZ): representing Renault, the world renowned car producer, in a number of diverse disputes concerning trademarks, unfair competition, dealerships and antimonopoly issues. One of the disputes resulted in important adjustment of the Czech Republic Supreme Court's position on the personal liability of liquidators, but also of members of statutory bodies in general, for the mismanagement of insolvent companies. ThyssenKrupp (CZ): representing ThyssenKrupp, one of the world's biggest technology groups, in a dispute related to building component supplies. Value approximately €500,000.

An international group engaged in supply risk management and claims insurance (CZ, SK): legal consulting services and representation in collecting receivables arising from cross-border transactions in the Czech and Slovak Republics (aggregated value of tens of millions of Czech crowns).

Peugeot (CZ): long-term representation of Peugeot, a member of PSA Peugeot Citroën group, in a number of diverse disputes before Czech courts. 

Austrian plaintiffs (CZ): representing Austrian plaintiffs in €3.6 million litigation before the Czech Arbitration Court.

A foreign bank (CZ): representing a foreign bank in a dispute against the Czech Republic, Ministry of Finance. Value of the dispute approximately USD 10 million.

PPF banka a.s. (CZ): representing PPF banka a.s. before Czech courts in proceedings concerning an unfair competition action against Československá obchodní banka a.s. the cause of the action being the reimbursement of benefits unduly acquired as a result of the take-over of Investiční a Poštovní banka, a.s. by Československá obchodní banka a.s. combined with the largest ever grant of state aid in the Czech Republic, totalling billions of euro (value of dispute: app. €3 billion).

PPF banka a.s.
