Magda Prchalová

Education:
Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno. In 2000 Magda attended a course focused on the single market and competition law at the Civil Service College in Brussels.

Background:
Before joining PETERKA & PARTNERS team in 2001 Magda Prchalová worked as a lawyer at the Office for the Protection of Competition, Department of European Integration and International Law, where she participated in the preparation of the amendment to the Economic Competition Protection Act and drafts of block exceptions. She has also taken part in inter-resort working groups focused on the harmonisation of legislation concerning the protection of economic competition with EU law. Later she worked in the Weiss—Tessbach law office.
