Background:
Martin Murad has been cooperating with PETERKA & PARTNERS since 2006. Since 2010 he has been in charge of the Polish office.
In his practice, Martin Murad mostly focused on corporate (including M&A) and real estate issues. He advised on major acquisitions advised by PETERKA & PARTNERS during last 5 years. His assistance included memoranda on structure, feasibility and financing of the transaction, due diligence reports, negotiation of contractual terms, post-closing issues. As to real estate practice, he advised on both residential and non residential projects (including PPP), he prepared due diligence studies, legal analyses on feasibility, financing, purchase agreements and other legal advice for companies in the construction and property development sector with regard to their projects. He is also specialised on cross-border employment and EU immigration law.
