Michal Bielinski started to cooperate with PETERKA & PARTNERS at the beginning of October 2011. He worked for Iberian Law Firm Raposo Bernardo & Associados with its headquarters in Lisbon - managing the Warsaw’s office of the firm, providing and supervising ongoing legal support for Portuguese and Spanish companies concerning corporate matters, labour law, real estate law and administrative law. “Baker & McKenzie Gruszczyński i Wspólnicy” Attorneys At Law LP in Warsaw: Attorney (Associate) - Real Estate Practice Group - participation in legal due diligence studies of real estate, preparation of legal analyses, opinions and memoranda on real estate law, ongoing support of companies in the construction and property development sector with regard to their activities and corporate matters, cooperation with Public Law Department and Litigation Department. Cooperation with several Polish law firms in Warsaw – providing legal advice to business entities as well as natural persons, drafting legal documents (agreements, legal opinions, memoranda), handling court and administrative cases etc.
