Ondřej Majer participated as an advisory team member in the following transactions:

RENAULT (CZ a SK): long-term representation of RENAULT group companies before Czech and Slovak courts in various disputes concerning, amongst other things, trademarks, unfair competition and relations to licensees

PSA Peugeot Citroën (SK): legal advice in connection with the acquisition of Slovak distributor of Peugeot cars

RENAULT (CZ, SK): comprehensive advisory services to the French automotive group on restructuring its distribution network

RENAULT (CZ): advisory services to the automotive group on block exception matters in proceedings before the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition

RENAULT (CZ, SK): advisory services on the EU distribution law issues in the automotive industry.

VINCI CONSTRUCTION GRANDS PROJETS (CZ): comprehensive advisory services to the French development company, a member of a major multinational group, on the implementation of several projects in Prague (for example, Oasis Florenc and KPMG administrative buildings)

SOGEPROM (CZ): advisory services to the French development company, a member of the Société Générale group, in connection with the construction of a residential complex in Prague (total project value of approximately CZK 300 million)

SEPHORA (CZ): advisory services to the French operator of beauty product stores

A leading European energy company (SK): advisory services in connection with the requirements of the community law concerning the unbundling of activities on the transportation and gas distribution markets; advisory services on competition law issues (dominant position on the market)

FOXCONN (CZ): advisory services to a subsidiary of the Taiwanese company Hon Hai Precision Industry in connection with the construction of a factory for the production of LCD monitors and computer components in Kutná Hora (transaction value of approximately €70 million)
