Personal data protection

By providing personal data to the operator of these websites I give my consent with the data being processed and input into a database for the purposes of collecting information, mainly contacts, CVs, queries etc, necessary for the law firm’s operation in compliance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, as amended. The consent is given for an indefinite period. I declare that I am aware of all rights arising under the above mentioned legislation, mainly the right to withdraw the consent at any time in writing and the right to check my personal data and request they be corrected.

Only voluntarily provided personal data (in a completed form, by a sent email etc) are stored and protected against being published and being misused.
