Background:
Mr. Přemysl Marek has been working with PETERKA & PARTNERS since 1999. He served as resident partner of the PETERKA & PARTNERS’ Bratislava office from 2001 to 2004 and returned to this position in January 2007. Experienced predominantly in the areas of corporate/M&A, insolvency and restructuring, real estate, labour law, and EU law and competition, public procurement and PPP, he assists clients on a broad range of business law matters related both to the Czech and Slovak markets. Among others he has assisted: BOUYGUES Travaux Publics, Astra Zeneca, Alcatel-Lucent, PSA Peugeot Citroën, Renault, Sanef, Swiss Re, Senoble, Descours & Cabaud, Sephora and so on).
