Advisory services and representing Skanska CZ a.s. (a member of the Skanska Group, the fourth largest development and construction company in the world) as the creditor of a claim of CZK 480 million due from the French company Orco Property Group S.A. within the so-called rescue plan and the related procedure commenced by Orco Property Group S.A. before French courts. Orco is one of the largest developers and assets managers on the real estate market in Central Europe and its restructuring and the rescue plan have a substantial impact on the Czech real estate market.

This deal has been frequently reported in the Polish and Czech media (Bögl a Krýsl assumed completion of part of a Polish motorway but subsequently became insolvent).
