Background:
Tatiana Timchenko joined PETERKA & PARTNERS law firm as a director of the Ukrainian office in September 2015. She has extensive experience in different law spheres. Tatiana Timchenko started her law practice in 1999 in the Russian Ukrainian Legal Group in Washington, DC as a Legal Intern. Then, in 2002 she worked as an attorney in Brooklyn Bar Association and In Motion, Inc in New York. She is a high-qualified specialist in intellectual property law. Before, she held senior positions in tax and legal departments of PWC and Ernst & Young as well as served Beiten Burkhardt in Ukraine as a member of the board and headed IP/IT/Media Practice Group. Experienced predominantly in IP/IT she has also broad experience in many practices of commercial law, including corporate, labour, antitrust and dispute settlements.

Prior joining PETERKA & PARTNERS, she worked as a legal representative of an US corporation in Ukraine for 5 years.

Languages: English (fluent), Russian (fluent), Spanish (intermediate), French (basic), Ukrainian (native).
