The assistance involved legal issues related to the seizure by AEROPORTS DE PARIS of an aircraft operated by SKYEUROPE AIRLINES as collateral because of unpaid debts, and related disputes.

Scan-Trans Holding A/S (UA): comprehensive advisory services for MANSHIP HOLDING A/S, a member of the Danish Scan-Trans Holding A/S, a leader in maritime transportation and logistics, on establishing a corporate structure in Ukraine.

Manship Holding A/S (UA): comprehensive legal services to Manship Holding A/S, leader in the field of crew recruitment and manning, regarding the lease of premises for its Ukrainian subsidiary in Odessa.

Giraud (UA): legal advice in diverse labour law issues to the Ukrainian subsidiary of Giraud International, French leader in road transport and logistics. Drafting a labour contract for the country manager in Ukraine, legal advice regarding the requirement for a foreign member of the Board of Directors to obtain a work permit.
